Your oral health is our primary concern. Our administrative staff is readily available to assist you with financial considerations related to your treatment.

Payment Options
Mission Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a fee-for-service practice. So that we may provide you with quality care, we must request that payment be received at the time the services are rendered.

We gladly accept cash, checks, major credit cards and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We also offer flexible third-party financing through Citibank Health Card program. Applications are available at the front desk and you can generally be approved within minutes.

Dental Insurance
Our office is willing to work with most dental insurance companies. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file the insurance claims necessary for treatment. Please note dental coverage amounts may vary and you are responsible for any amounts and procedures not covered by your insurance.

Our financial coordinator will inform you of the estimated insurance benefits and your approximate share at the time of consultation. Your approximate share will be due prior to treatment. If your insurance does not pay the estimated amount, you will be responsible for the remaining balance within 30 days from the date of our statement.

All co-pays and deductibles are due on the day of treatment. Any services and procedures not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. 

Please remember to bring a current ID and insurance card with you, so we may contact your insurance company and file the claims on your behalf.
